They have all things Tex-Mex with gluten-free options, 0g of trans fat, lard-free tamales and a selection of salsa so you can make any adventure, party, or meal at home delicious and SPICY. They also have some of the best Tex-Mex in the Lone Star State. What was really cool is that I got to MEET the owners!! They were so sweet, welcoming, and they were so excited that I wanted to blog about their restaurant. After opening in 2009, they have been beyond blessed to open their second shop this year in Coppell, TX.

Black Wolf Lodge was founded in 1997 by brothers Jack and Andrew Waterman, who were also the original owners of Noah’s Ark Waterpark in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. In 1999, Black Wolf was purchased by The Great Lakes Company and founders Marc Vaccaro and Bruce Neviaser changed the name to Great Wolf Lodge.
